Please note that on-line goods purchased after 14:30 and goods purchased on Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays are despatched the following working day.
All orders over £100 receive FREE UK Express Delivery, as standard.
Delivery costs vary based upon your shipping address. Simply enter your address on the checkout page to find prices relative to your location and delivery zone. Please note from 1 Jan 2021, we do not offer international delivery.
All of our orders offer in-store collection, with exception to those that are special orders from the manufacturer. Choose this option at the checkout if you wish to collect your item. Please note that once an order leaves our store, you cannot adjust shipping method for collection. To find us visit the our store page.

Special Delivery – Direct from Manufacturer
We cant stock every item we sell in-store. Therefore, some of our products are special orders, direct from the manufacturer.
With these products in-mind, we cannot guarantee shipping durations and therefore the duration time is broad. Most of these special order items are >£100 such that shipping is free. For less expensive items, costs may vary and we will inform you in any case.

Appendix
The majority of our deliveries within UK Mainland are made within 1 working day of payment authorisation. Express delivery is for the next working day. For Tent Hire Direct purposes, Thursdays and weekends are not counted as working days. Some offshore and remote areas together with highlands and islands can experience additional delays due to their location. Orders placed after 14:30 will be despatched next working day. Orders placed after 14:30 on Wednesdays will be despatched on Friday for delivery on Monday, due to store closure on Thursdays. For more information, please email or give us a call.
We provide tracking numbers wherever possible, but please be aware this is not always possible.
Tent Hire Renew will advise regarding the delivery date for out of stock items.
Please note that we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by any delay in delivering goods that are beyond reasonable control. In the unlikely event that your product appears lost or is damaged in transit please contact us immediately. Please ensure you only sign for parcels which are in good condition. If you are unable to inspect the goods on delivery please sign for parcels ‘unchecked’ or “damaged”. Our couriers offer a full tracking service via their website, and we will provide you with a parcel tracking number wherever possible upon dispatch via email.
All purchases must be checked and inspected within 7 days of receipt by the customer and any shortages or faults reported to us within this time. We are unable to correct for shortages after this period.
