Should you see an item being sold elsewhere, via a bona fide retailer and you can supply evidence to support the price listing, we will offer to match, but not beat, our competitor’s price.

Terms & Conditions
- Products being price matched must be brand new and of identical specification.
- Price comparisons must include VAT and any delivery charges where applicable.
- Tent Hire Direct will match any price offered by any of our genuine competitors. This excludes Amazon, auction sites, private sales, liquidation sales and our own in-store prices.
- Product must be in stock and available for immediate purchase or delivery.
- We must be able to verify the price with the competitor before offering to match their price.
- All price match offers are at our discretion and are not enforceable.
- We reserve the right to withdraw our price match at any time.
- We are unable to price match if the product is being delivered outside of the UK.
- Price match offers are agreed prior to dispatch only and cannot be modified outside of purchase.
- Our price offers are valid only for 7 days.
- You must provide a valid email address for us to contact you, should we be able to offer a better price.
- Price matches cannot be used in conjunction with any offers on our website, or on any other websites – this includes the use of discount codes.
